refund policy


Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Please read the following carefully to ensure you are fully aware of your rights under the policy and our obligations to you.

At Liz Atherton Pty Ltd you have 7 day money back guarantee to apply for a refund:

  • if an online course doesn’t do what we said it would
  • If you have purchased one of our printed books/products and it still is in original condition for resale.

No refunds shall be offered for consulting services already provided. No refinds shall be offered without proof of purchase, you will be asked to provide an original invoice containing your full name and payment method, e.g. credit card details.

If you can’t provide proof of purchase and payment method we will be unable to provide you with a refund.


You will be asked for information that is relevant to your return or to satisfy legislative requirement. If you do not provide this information, then we may be unable to process your refund. We will record your name and form of identification provided, which may be accessed by authorised Target team members for fraud protection activities. Information collected will be securely stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
