ALL REFUND RIGHTS UNDER BOTH AUSTRALIAN STATE AND COMMONWEALTH LAW APPLY

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Please read the following carefully to make sure you are fully aware of your rights under the policy and our obligations to you.

At Liz Atherton Pty Ltd, you have a 7-day money-back guarantee to apply for a refund:

  • if an online course doesn’t do what we said it would
  • If you have purchased one of our printed books/products and it is still in original condition for resale.

No refunds will be offered for consulting services that have already been provided.

No refunds will be offered without proof of purchase. You will be asked to provide an original invoice containing your full name and payment method, such as credit card details.

If you can’t provide proof of purchase and payment method, we will be unable to offer you a refund.

PRIVACY

You will be asked to provide information relevant to your return or to fulfill the legislative requirements. If you don't give this information, we will be unable to process your refund. Information collected will be securely stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
